GoStayGo ehf. (GoStayGo) is a registered Icelandic booking agency that runs the booking website www.gostaygo.is and works with numerous companies that provide services in Iceland (“service providers”).
These terms and conditions apply to any purchase made on www.gostaygo.is so it is important that customers read them carefully.
GoStayGo accepts credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. As soon as payment for a purchased service is confirmed the customer receives a booking confirmation as well as a voucher by e-mail. The customer must print the voucher and present it when and where the purchased service is provided. Customers are advised to observe the information on the voucher carefully and contact GoStayGo in good time should any questions arise.
Should a customer for any reason fail to turn up when and where the purchased service is to be provided GoStayGo is not obligated to refund the purchased service. Upon cancellation the paid amount or part thereof may be refunded depending on the cancellation policy of the service provider. GoStayGo does in no instance have an obligation to refund payments that have been forwarded to a service provider unless payments are refunded by said service provider.
Information regarding services on www.gostaygo.is is based on information provided by service providers. GoStayGo can therefore not be held accountable should the information contain any errors or inaccuracies. In such cases the relevant service provider may be held accountable.
All rates quoted or shown on www.gostaygo.is are based on current prices and are subject to change without notice in the event of currency fluctuation, government taxes or other unforeseen events. If an incorrect price has been posted in error, GoStayGo reserves the right to refuse, cancel, amend or limit any order placed at the incorrect price.
